Cellular Upgrades for Call Boxes
Phone companies are retiring copper landlines, and the lines that remain can be expensive. We convert telephone entry systems from phone lines to cellular, which in most cases cuts monthly line costs that can run into the hundreds of dollars down to about $50 a month. Residents still get calls on their phones and open the gate the same way.
Video and App-Based Entry Upgrades
Older phone entry systems can be replaced with cloud-based video models. For homes, the DoorKing 2112 eVolve replaces the older DoorKing 1812: guests press the call button, and residents see and talk to them through a free smartphone app and open the gate from anywhere. For HOAs, apartments and businesses, LiftMaster CAP systems add a touch screen, video calling and cloud-based management of residents and access credentials. Neither needs a traditional phone line.
